Virtuix Inc. (VTIX), a leading developer of full-body virtual reality systems, has announced the expansion of its Omni One sales into the European market. This international move follows 138% year-over-year revenue growth and a major corporate milestone on January 27, 2026, when Virtuix officially began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. The move to the public market included an $11 million investment and a $50 million equity line of credit, providing the capital necessary to scale its global operations.
Bringing Omni One Core to Europe
The European rollout introduces the Omni One Core, a PC connected version of the system designed for SteamVR. Major markets including Germany, the United Kingdom, and France can now place orders through dedicated storefronts. To ensure local fulfillment, Virtuix has partnered with Unbound XR, Europe’s leading XR retailer, which will manage logistics from its warehouse in Nijmegen, Netherlands.
“Europe has long been one of the most active PC gaming markets in the world, and expanding Omni One Core into the region is a natural next step for us,” said Jan Goetgeluk, Chief Executive Officer of Virtuix. “With strong demand, an established distribution partner, and a growing community of PC VR gamers, we’re excited to bring Omni One to European players.”
Shipments are scheduled to begin between April 13 and April 24, 2026. The system is priced at €2,995 in the EU and £2,795 in the UK (VAT included).
Solving the "Movement Problem" in VR
Since its founding in 2013, Virtuix has focused on solving a fundamental challenge in virtual reality: natural movement. Traditional VR often relies on handheld controllers for locomotion, which creates a sensory disconnect that leads to motion sickness. The Omni platform addresses this by syncing physical and visual movement. Using a low-friction concave disc and specialized overshoes, the system translates real steps into virtual motion. An adjustable support vest and aluminum arm keep users centered, allowing them to walk, run, crouch, and jump in 360 degrees without the risk of hitting real world walls.
The "Peloton for Gamers"
Virtuix has successfully marketed the system as a hybrid of entertainment and fitness. Depending on intensity, users can burn up to 700 calories per hour. The company has documented significant health results from its community, including one user who lost 40 pounds in just four months. This "exergame" appeal has attracted a wide audience; in a survey of over 1,600 customers, 40% reported that they seldom played video games before purchasing the Omni One.
Diverse Revenue and Future Growth
Beyond the consumer market, Virtuix is diversifying through high margin enterprise and defense applications. The enterprise version of the hardware is used for corporate training, medical rehabilitation, and real estate walkthroughs. Meanwhile, the defense segment focuses on the Virtual Terrain Walk (VTW) system, which allows military units to rehearse missions on geo specific terrain generated by AI driven 3D reconstruction.
With production capacity now at 3,000 units per month, Virtuix is positioned to tap into a potential $100 million in annual revenue. "In a world where AI can rapidly generate photorealistic environments, the missing piece is the ability to move through those worlds naturally," said Goetgeluk. "We pioneer the technology to make that possible."
From its early days as a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2013 to attracting three rounds of investment from Mark Cuban, Virtuix has evolved into a global leader in the XR space. With 25 issued patents and a 4.8 star average customer rating, the company's European expansion marks its latest step in making science fiction style immersion a household reality.
