(NYSE:BITE) (the "Company," or "BITE") announced today that it will transfer the listing of its common stock, units and warrants from the New York Stock Exchange to NYSE American LLC ("NYSE American"). The Company anticipates its common stock, units and warrants will begin trading on NYSE American on Monday, February 13, 2023 under its current ticker symbols of BITE, BITE.U and BITE WS. The Company's common stock, units and warrants have been approved for listing on NYSE American, and will continue to trade under the same ticker symbols on the New York Stock Exchange until the transfer is complete.
