Yanlord Land Group Ltd is a real estate developer based in the PRC that focuses on developing high-end residential, commercial and integrated property projects in strategically selected key high-growth cities in the PRC. It operates in three segments: property development, which is engaged in development of residential, commercial and other properties; property investment, which is engaged in leasing of investment properties to generate rental income, and others, which is engaged in provision of property management, ancillary services, investment holding and others. The Company's residential property developments are characterized by large-scale, multi-phased projects designed and built by international architects, designers and reputable contractors. Currently, the Group has an established presence in ten key high-growth cities within the five major economic regions of the PRC, namely: Yangtze River Delta - Shanghai, Nanjing and Suzhou, Pearl River Delta - Zhuhai and Shenzhen, Western China - Chengdu and Guiyang, Bohai Rim-Tianjin and Tangshan and Hainan International Tourist Island-Sanya. The Company has retained a total GFA of 500,000 sqm for development into investment property.
