Ximen Mining Corp was incorporated on December 4, 2006 under the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia. On March 19, 2012, the Company changed its name from Everett Resources Ltd. to Elm Tree Minerals Inc. and on September 4, 2013, the Company changed its name from Elm Tree Minerals Inc. to Ximen Mining Corp. The Company is in the business of sourcing, exploring, developing and evaluating precious metal assets in British Columbia, Canada. Its Exploration and Evaluation Assets include the Keymet Property and the Romero Property.
