BookMerge Technologies Inc. is a Nevada Corporation. On October 11, 2010, Book Merge Technology, Inc, (BMT), entered into a plan of reorganization with Extreme Green Technologies Inc. (EGT). The plan was for EGT stockholders to swap their stock for BMT stock on a 2 for 1 basis, giving BMT control. EGT would be wound up and operations conducted under BMT. BMT would be renamed Extreme Green Technologies. The effect is a reverse merger, wherein BMT, (the shell), is the surviving company and legal acquirer whereas EGT, (the operating company), is the accounting acquirer. The Company produces, distributes, and creates awareness of user-friendly alternative energy products and sources of power. By entering into the quickly expanding biofuels industry, EGT's primary focus is to produce a user-ready, high quality alternative fuel that is priced competitively with petro-diesel. Because there is an impending need to stop global warming and reduce humankind's carbon footprint, EGT continuously strives to seek out new technologies and produce feasible eco-friendly fuels in order to make a positive impact on both the environment and its domestic economy. The Company produces biodiesel fuel products that are not only better for the environment, but are a realistic means for dramatically reducing the United States' dependence on foreign oil. It has started designing biodiesel processors mainly for individual end-users.
