Xemex Group Inc (XMEX)

Xemex Group, Inc. was formerly known as Envirokare Tech, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on June 15, 1998. On March 30, 2001, the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Envirokare Composite Corp., entered into a licensing agreement with Thermoplastic Composite Designs, Inc. This agreement allows the Company to commercially exploit the Thermoplastic Flowforming process for itself and on behalf of Company licensees. Envirokare and Envirokare Composite Corp. also entered into a merger agreement with Thermoplastic Composite Designs, Inc. The Company subsequently acquired licensing rights to the Thermoplastic Flowforming process in 2001. On December 21, 2000, the Company, Electroship Acquisition Corp., a NewYork corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Envirokare, and Electroship Inc., a New York corporation consummated the merger of Electroship Inc., with and into EAC, with EAC continuing as the surviving corporation. Xemex through its Xemex Holdings Corp. subsidiary specializes in the management, development, co-op, condo and pop (partial ownership participation) conversions of residential, commercial and mixed use real estate projects. Xemex presently owns, manages, develops and operates a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Brooklyn, New York.
