The Development property segment is engaged in activities relating to the acquisition, development, design, construction, sale and marketing of the Group's trading properties primarily in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore. The Hotels segment is engaged in hotel operations in the Asia Pacific region. It owns or manages 13 Marco Polo Hotels. The Logistics segment is engaged in the container terminal operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China undertaken by Modern Terminals Limited, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited and other public transport operations. The communications, media and entertainment segment comprises pay television, internet and multimedia and other businesses operated by i-CABLE Communications Limited and the telecommunication businesses operated by Wharf T&T Limited.
