Tonogold Resources, Inc. incorporated in the state of Delaware in 1997. The company specializes in finding, acquiring and exploring historical gold and silver mining properties with past production or drilling results. It signed a mining venture on a 7,500 acre property south of Tonopah, Nevada with the U.S. subsidiary of a large international mining company, Centerra Gold. Centerra conducted five drilling programs on the property and made two discoveries.
