Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd was incorporated pursuant to the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia on January 24, 2011. The Company is engaged in the exploration and exploitation of mining in Mexico, with a focus on silver, and also including gold, lead and zinc. The Company has acquired the mining concession rights to the following properties: Rosario in the mining municipality of Charcas, state of San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Gavilanes in the mining municipality of San Dimas, Durango, Mexico, San Felipe de Jesus in the mining municipality of Sonora, Mexico. The Company is engaged into the production the Rosario project and is in the exploration stage on the Gavilanes and San Felipe properties.
