Seen on Screen TV, Inc., formerly known as Franklin Lake Resources Inc., was originally incorporated as Naxos Resources Ltd. in British Columbia under the Canada Business Corporations Act on May 23, 1986. In 2000, the Company moved its executive and administrative offices to South San Francisco, California, effectively ending its business connections in Canada. On October 29, 2001, the Company changed its name to Franklin Lake Resources Inc. On January 9, 2002, the name change to Franklin Lake Resources Inc. became effective for trading purposes. On April 12, 2009, the Company changed its name to Seen on Screen TV, Inc. The Company is a publicly held corporation that operates specialty retail stores. It markets and sells 'As Seen on TV' products which include: home improvement, fitness, kitchenware, personal hygiene, and much more. The Company operates its stores in seven locations in the state of Washington.
