SembCorp Marine Ltd was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore. The main activities of the Company are the provision of management services and investment holding. It is a marine and offshore engineering group company, engaged in a full spectrum of integrated solutions in ship repair, shipbuilding, ship conversion, rig building and offshore engineering & construction. The Company has established strong capabilities in the design of rigs and drillships as well as a proven track record in the fast-track turnkey construction of semi-submersibles and jack-ups, the engineering and construction of offshore platforms, and the conversion of floating production and storage facilities.
