The Company along with its subsidiaries is engaged in design, manufacture and sale of power equipment, electromechanical equipment, heavy machinery & nuclear electricity & nuclear island equipment, transportation equipment & environmental protection industrial products and related services. The Company operates in segments including new energy segment, high efficiency and clean energy segment, industrial equipment segment, modern services segment, and others segment. The new energy segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of nuclear power, nuclear island equipment products, wind power equipment products and heavy machinery including forging components. The high efficiency and clean energy segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of thermal power equipment products and corollary equipment, nuclear power conventional island equipment products and power transmission and distribution equipment products. The industrial equipment segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of elevators, electrical motors, machine tools, printing and packaging equipment, marine crankshafts and other electromechanical equipment products. The modern services segment is principally engaged in providing integrated engineering services for power station projects and other industries, financial products and services, international trading services, financial lease and consultancy services and insurance brokerage services.
