Signature Leisure Inc was incorporated in the State of Colorado on March 15, 2000, as JDLPhotos.com, Inc. In August 2003, the Company changed its name to Signature Leisure, Inc. Signature Leisure has registered with the State of Florida. The Company sold its first six vehicles during the second week of March 2004. Currently, the Company has three employees, the President and sole Director of the Company, Sales and Finance Manager and an Executive Secretary.
