Spark Infrastructure (SKI) invests in regulated utility infrastructure assets. Currently SKI owns 49% interests in three electricity distribution companies: Powercor servicing western suburbs of Melbourne, CitiPower servicing Melbourne´s inner suburbs and CBD, and ETSA servicing South Australia. All three have stable, predictable, government regulated revenue streams with pricing typically reset every five years. The assets are managed by majority owner Cheung Kong Infrastructure (CKI) and RREEF. CKI also holds 8.73% of SKI shares.
