808 Renewable Energy Corp is an energy company. It provides renewable energy solutions. The Company is a Nevada corporation incorporated in May 2009 for the purpose of acquiring, developing, owning and managing renewable and efficient energy projects throughout the United States. Its business activities include co-generation of combined heat and power (CHP) renewable energy projects throughout California and the Western United States. It provides public entities and commercial and industrial firms with cost-free installation or re-commissioning of on-site plants as well as ongoing enhancements, operations and maintenance to maximize energy efficiency. It produces electricity, through Heat and Power, by combustion of fuels like natural gas, bio-mass, bio-gas or coal and the captures generated thermal energy. On August 20, 2010, the Company fully acquired 808 Energy 3, LLC. It also acquired 808 Energy 2, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, formed in August 2008, to acquire the CHP plant located at Pacific Clay Products, Inc. in Lake Elsinore, California. 808 Renewable Energy's business strategy also includes acquiring energy generation facilities, projects & operations that provide energy from environmentally-friendly sources. The Company develops office building CHP plants and these plants are located in high rise office buildings and were designed to provide the electric, hot water and chilled water needs of the buildings' tenants. The Company has 14 plants throughout California, The maximum capacity of each Office Building CHP plant varies from 400 kilowatts to 1,200 kilowatts.
