RB Energy Inc is a Canadian company formed under the Canada Business Corporations Act pursuant to the January 31, 2014 plan of arrangement involving Sirocco Mining Inc. and Canada Lithium Corp. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of mineral resource properties. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Aguas Blancas mine located in the Atacama Desert in Northern Chile. Aguas Blancas has been producing iodine since 2001. The Company exports all of its iodine production in containers which are shipped from local Chilean ports. It holds a 100% interest in the Québec Lithium mine located in La Corne Municipality, Québec. The Company also holds interest in two early-stage gold exploration joint venture projects located in West Africa. Previously owned by Sirocco, Aguas Blancas is the Company's only revenue earning operation. As the operator of Aguas Blancas and the Quebec Lithium, the Company currently conducts operational activities. Such activities are subject to various laws, rules and regulations.
