PTS, Inc. was originally incorporated in the State of Nevada under the name 'Med Mark, Inc' on November 5, 1996. On June 29, 1998, the Company filed articles of amendment changing its name to 'Elast Technologies, Inc. According to the merger agreement entered into on June 11, 2001, PTS, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, merged with Elast Technologies, Inc. PTS was the surviving company and changed its name to PTS, Inc. the Company was development stage since its formation on June 12, 1996 until the second quarter of 2004. On November 15, 2005, the Company acquired Disability Access Consultants, Inc., which provides consultation to numerous state and local governmental entities and businesses. DAC has developed a proprietary web-centric process. In addition to its original purpose, the process could also be adapted for other areas of regulatory inspection and requirements. PTS, Inc. subsidiary Navistar Logistics (UK) Ltd is an international logistics freight forwarding company with quality warehousing in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and at all ports and airports, and with north American subsidiary Starbase Global Logistics. Navistar Logistics are specialists in air freight, sea freight and road haulage, transfer customs clearance, storage and fulfillment. Navistar can collect and deliver door-to-door, anywhere in the world.
