Petrosonic Energy Inc formerly Bearing Mineral Exploration, Inc. is incorporated in the state of Nevada on June 11, 2008. It is an exploration stage Corporation engaged in the search for mineral deposits or reserves. The Company's business plan is to acquire, explore and develop mineral properties and ultimately seek out earnings by exploiting mineral claims located in the province of Newfoundland, Canada; herein referred to as the Collins Lake property. The property consists of 9 claim blocks totaling 225 hectares or approximately 556 acres. Its exploration target is to find an ore body containing gold. The only events that have occurred are: the acquisition of the Collins Lake mineral claim.
