Prumo Logistica SA, formerly LLX LogÃÂstica S.A., was incorporated on March 1, 2007. The Company provides infrastructure and logistics services in the port sector in Brazil. The Company constructs, develops and manages port complexes for business trades. The Company builds and develops the Acu Port, located in Sao Joao da Barra, in the north of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The Industrial Complex Acu Port has two port terminals (T1 and T2) and the capacity to handle various types of cargo, such as petroleum, iron ore, coal, solid and liquid bulk and general cargo.
