Premium Brands Income Fund is an unincorporated, open-ended, limited purpose trust established under the laws of the Province of British Columbia pursuant to a Declaration of Trust dated June 8, 2005, as amended and restated on July 27, 2005. The Fund owns a broad range of specialty food manufacturing and differentiated food distribution businesses with operations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nevada and Washington State. It has two segments, namely Retail and Foodservice. The Retail segment consists of its specialty food manufacturing and retail distribution businesses. The Foodservice segment consists of its foodservice related businesses.
