Northway Financial, Inc. was incorporated on March 7, 1997, under the laws of the State of New Hampshire. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries: The Berlin City Bank, a New Hampshire chartered bank headquartered in Berlin, New Hampshire; Pemigewasset National Bank of Plymouth, New Hampshire, a national bank headquartered in Plymouth. The Company derives nearly all of its revenue and income from the furnishing of bank and bank-related services, principally to individuals and small and medium sized companies in New Hampshire.
