Nanotech Entertainment, Inc. ("NTI") was incorporated under the laws of the state of Nevada on November 11, 2007. In April, 2009, NTI entered into an Acquisition Agreement (the "Agreement") with Aldar Group, Inc. ("AGI"), a Nevada corporation, wherein AGI acquired 100% of NTI's issued and outstanding common stock through the exchange of 6,480,000 common shares. As a result of the Agreement, AGI changed its name to Nanotech Entertainment, Inc. The Company operates as a virtual manufacturer, developing technology and games, and then licensing such products to third parties for manufacturing and ultimate distribution. This business model supports extremely low overhead and efficient operations in the new global manufacturing economy. Nanotech is a provider of gaming technology for the coin-op arcade, casino gaming and consumer gaming markets. The Company's products include: MultiPin (tm), Xtreme Rally Racing(tm): Xtreme Rally Racing is an innovative new driving machine that features three modes of game play: Xtreme Off-Road, Timed Rally Stages and Xtreme Stadium Racing. NanoNET Online System: Local and Worldwide Head to Head competition in real time against machines located around the world. Remote Operator Control of machines including diagnostics, accounting reports, and automatic software updates & enhancements downloaded over the net. Pinball Wizard (tm): Consumer Pinball enthusiasts have been growing with the advent of Visual Pinball and now Future Pinball. Mot-Ion(tm) Adapter: The Mot-Ion adapter is a USB adapter that allows Do It Yourself Pinball enthusiasts to build its own cabinet using real pinball controls providing analog inputs for nudging and bumping. Opti-Gun(tm) Adapter: The OptiGun adapter is a USB adapter that allows players to connect Arcade Light Guns to any USB based system. Retr-IO(tm) Adapter: The Retr-IO adapters provide a standard JAMMA interface for USB based systems.
