Medican Enterprises Inc formerly known as TC X Calibur, Inc. was organized under the laws of the State of Nevada on October 27, 1988, under the name Extant Investments, Inc. On May 17, 1991, the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Sentinel Diagnostics, Inc., an Arizona Corporation and changed its name to Sentinel Scientific, Inc. On August 10, 1993, according to a Reorganization Agreement, the Company acquired all of the outstanding shares of common stock of A.F.C. Entertainment, Inc, and changed its name to TC X Calibur, Inc. It is a development stage Company. The Company is currently seeking and investigating potential assets, property or businesses to acquire.
