Maxis Bhd was incorporated on August 7, 2009. The Company is engaged in the provision of mobile, ï¬xed line and international gateway telecommunications services as well as Internet and broadband services, and corporate support functions for the Group. The Group operates in four key segments Mobile services, Enterprise ï¬xed services, International gateway services and Home services. Mobile services comprise postpaid mobile, prepaid mobile, mobile data, broadband and roaming services; Enterprise ï¬xed services comprise a full suite of voice services, data services, Very Small Apparatus Terminal services and Internet Protocol and managed services to cater for business customers; International gateway services comprise services to international telecommunications carriers for termination of trafï¬c into Malaysia, services to send the Group's own international trafï¬c abroad and bandwidth leasing services; and Home services comprise ï¬xed voice services and data services to home customers.
