Mapletree Logistics Trust was founded on 5 July 2004. It is a real estate investment trust. It invests, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing logistics real estate and real estate related assets. It invests in a diverse portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used for logistic purposes and real estate-related assets. Its activities include industrial warehousing, distribution centre, food and cold storage, aviation and aerospace, oil and chemical logistics and third party logistics.
