Lake Victoria Mining Co, Inc. was incorporated on December 11, 2006 under the laws of the State of Nevada. The Company is an exploration stage corporation engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing gold deposits in the Lake Victoria Greenstone Belt in Tanzania, East Africa. The Company holds 7 prospective gold projects, consisting of 15 Prospecting Licenses (PLs) and 71 Primary Mining Licenses (PMLs) and 4 uranium projects consisting of 6 Prospecting Licenses (Table 1 & 2), within its Tanzania property portfolio, covering approximately 1,512.26 square kilometers (373,687acres).
