Kelt Exploration Ltd, formerly Alberta Ltd, is an oil and gas exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas reserves. The Company owns a natural gas property at Grande Cache, Alberta; a liquids-rich natural gas property at Inga, British Columbia; and an oil prospect at Karr, Alberta. The Company was formed as a result of a plan of arrangement involving Celtic Exploration Ltd. and ExxonMobil Celtic ULC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil Canada Ltd.
