Pronto Corp was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on December 22, 2011. It is a development stage company which provides remote parking payment services, through which individuals could pay their parking meters by an application on their mobile devices. The Company intends to develop a remote parking payment software application for mobile devices allowing customers pay their parking meters through their mobile phones and tablets.
