Imperial Resources, Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on August 2, 2007. The Company organized its wholly-owned subsidiary, Imperial Oil & Gas Inc. ("Imperial Oil") under the laws of the State of Delaware on January 8, 2010. The Company was organized for the purpose of acquiring and exploring a mineral property and later abandoned it. The Company has decided to focus its core activities on development and exploration of oil and gas assets in the United States through its wholly-owned subsidiary. The Company intends to drill for oil and natural gas on its leases.
