Investment Grade Infrastructure Bond Fund is a closed-end investment trust based in Canada. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of Units with monthly cash distributions, and to preserve capital and provide the opportunity for capital appreciation. It mainly invests in an actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of Investment Grade fixed income securities that own, operate and develop infrastructure assets in the United States. The fund also uses an array of derivative financial instruments such as futures contracts, forward contracts, options and swaps for hedging purposes or purposes other than hedging, or both.
