It has approximately 19,000 customers in one of its DermaVitalTM Preferred beauty clubs. The Company is subject to regulation by a variety of federal, state and local agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the FDA under the FDC Act.
