Hawker Energy Inc, formerly Sara Creek Gold Corp was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on June 12, 2006, under the name of Uventus Technologies Corp. On September 23, 2009, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary and changed its name to Sara Creek Gold Corp. to its business plan which is the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and other mineral resource properties.
