TEC Technology Inc was incorporated on July 22, 1988 in the State of Delaware. On June 9, 2010, the Company changed its name from Highland Ridge Inc to TEC Technology Inc. The Company is primarily engaged in the design, production and sale of transmission towers and related products used in high voltage electric power transmission and wireless communications. It sells its tower products to prime contractors on large transmission projects for electric utility companies or telecommunications service providers, who are developing and constructing projects for end customers.
