Golden Patriot Corp (GPTC)

Golden Patriot Corp. is organized under the laws of the State of Nevada on November 24, 1998. It was incorporated under the name Herrimen Oil & Gas Inc. and its articles were amended on April 2, 2003 to change its name to Boundaries Capital, Inc. Golden Patriot has a wholly owned Nevada subsidiary; Golden Patriot Nevada Corp., formerly Vocalwave Software Inc. The company is engaged in the exploration of its Lucky Boy uranium property in Arizona and it may choose to explore its Debut mineral properties in Nevada. The first phase of exploration consisted of geological mapping and sampling, an MMI geochemical survey, grid-establishment and radiometric surveys consisting of a 6 man crew and the project geologist. The first phase is complete whereby the grid, line-cutting, MMI soil sampling, and some radiometric surveys have been completed. The samples were shipped to SGS Laboratories of Canada, who processed the results. The preliminary results on rock samples returned very encouraging uranium grades and the operator recently received the MMI results. On March 18, 2005, the Company entered into a twelve month period consulting agreement with Jason Gigliotti, to provide consulting services to the company regarding development of new and existing mining properties, including land development and acquisition, and Jason Gigliotti sought joint venture opportunities for the Company. On March 18, 2005, Golden Patriot Corp. entered into a twelve month consulting agreement with Clive Ashworth, to provide consulting services to the company regarding land acquisitions and project development related to uranium properties. On April 24, 2006, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with Global Capital Group Ltd. to provide the company exposure to the German speaking European marketplace. The Company competes with other junior mineral resource exploration companies for financing from a limited number of investors that are prepared to make investments in junior mineral resource exploration companies. The Company is also in competition with exploration companies and would encounter strong competition from many other natural resource companies, including many that possess substantial financial resources, in acquiring economically desirable producing properties and exploratory drilling prospects, and in obtaining equipment and labor to operate and maintain its properties. Golden Patriot is a mining company and as such is subject to various federal, state and local laws in the areas where its properties are located, and regulations relating to environmental quality and pollution control.
