Gulfmark Energy Inc formerly known as Silver Butte Mining Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Idaho on January 19, 1965. On February 4, 2004, a merger with Silver Butte Co., Inc was ratified, and Silver Butte Co., Inc was incorporated in the state of Nevada on March 4, 2004. On that date, the Registrant merged into its wholly-owned Nevada subsidiary and changed its corporate domicile from the state of Idaho to the state of Nevada. The Company's purpose is to seek, investigate and, if such investigation warrants, acquire an interest in business opportunities presented to it by persons or firms who, or which, desire to seek the perceived advantages of a publicly registered corporation. The Company will not restrict its search to any specific business, industry, or geographical location and might participate in a business venture of virtually any kind or nature. The Company holds mineral rights on one claim in Bonner County, Idaho.
