Global Green Solutns (GGRN)

Global Green Solutions Inc. was incorporated on June 10, 2003 in the State of Nevada, USA. Effective March 31, 2006, the Company changed its name from High Grade Mining Corporation to Global Green Solutions Inc. It is a development stage company and is devoting all of its present efforts to establishing a new business. That business has mainly been developing into two areas: waste biomass combustion to generate industrial process steam, and electrical power, and algae biomass production to produce biofuel feedstock. The Company conducts a portion of its operations through its subsidiaries: Global Greensteam LLC, a California corporation, which is developing its Greensteam technology and projects that convert biomass (mainly wood and crop waste) to low-cost steam. The steam could be used for industrial purposes or to generate electrical power. Global Green Solutions Pty Ltd., a South African corporation, which is actively marketing and developing business opportunities in South and Southern Africa, for Greensteam projects. It is utilizing a network of contacts to identify business opportunities and participate in conferences and exhibitions related to renewable energy, biofuels and carbon credit trading, leading to engagement with interested parties and potential customers.
