GGL Resources Corporation was incorporated on May 25, 1981 under the provisions of the Company Act (British Columbia). It was formerly known as GGL Diamond Corp. and changed its name to GGL Resources Corp. in September 2009. The Company is currently into exploration stage. Its exploration prospects consist of gold, nickel, volcanogenic massive sulphides and diamonds in the Northwest Territories; and Gold/copper in British Columbia.
