The Company is a junior oil and gas company engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of, heavy oil and natural gas reserves in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. All of the Company's oil and gas properties are located in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan with core holdings in east central Alberta and west central Saskatchewan.
