Golden Agri-Resources Ltd., is incorporated in Mauritius. The Company is an investment holding company. The Company's activities include cultivating and harvesting oil palm trees, processing fresh fruit bunches ('FFB') into crude palm oil ('CPO') and palm kernel ('PK'), to refining CPO into industrial and consumer products such as cooking oil, margarine and shortening. The Company is focused on sustainable palm oil production. It also operates an integrated business including a deep-sea port, oilseeds crushing plants, production capabilities for refined edible oil products as well as other food products such as noodles. The Company operates in two segments namely Indonesia Agri-Business and China Agri-Business. The China Agri-Business is involved in ownership and cultivation of oil palm plantation, ownership and operation of mills and refineries and producer of consumer cooking oil and margarine in Indonesia and The China Agri-Business is ownership and operation of port, oilseed storage, crushing and refineries and producer of refined edible oil and food products in China.
