Fraport AG was founded on 1924. It is the owner and operator airport with its international portfolio of airport investments. Its services include all those services of airside and terminal operation in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The business activities of Fraport are divided into four segments: Aviation, Retail and Real Estate, Ground Handling, and External Activities and Services. The Aviation segment includes airside & terminal management as well as corporate safety & security at the Frankfurt site. The Retail and Real Estate segment consists of retailing activities, parking facility & real estate management at Frankfurt Airport. The Ground Handling segment comprises all services with passengers, aircraft & cargo. External Activities and Services segment comprises the group companies outside the Frankfurt site & auxiliary services in Frankfurt, including IT & facility management.
