Fund.com Incorporated was originally incorporated as Eastern Service Holdings, Inc. under the laws of the State of Delaware on November 5, 2004, and commenced operations for the purposes of evaluating, structuring and completing a merger with Eastern Services Group, Inc. The Company is a provider of fund management products and risk management solutions that help financial advisors, wealth managers, institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth families create and manage wealth. The Company also offers services and investment fund information to the mass-market individual investor over the Internet at www.fund.com. The Company's wealth management business solutions include ETF platform, regulatory authority, investment products, fund distribution and online lead generation. The Company has four wholly owned subsidiaries: Fund.com Technologies, Inc.; Fund.com Managed Products, Inc., with its wholly owned subsidiary Fund.com Capital, Inc.; Whyte Lyon Socratic, Inc., and Weston Capital Management, LLC. It also has a 60% interest in AdvisorShares Investments LLC. On November 2, 2009, the Company acquired Whyte Lyon Socratic, Inc. On March 29, 2010, the Company acquired Weston Capital Management, LLC (Weston Capital).
