FastFunds Financial Corporation is a holding company, organized in Nevada in 1985, formerly operating through its wholly owned subsidiary Chex Services, Inc. (Chex). Chex is a Minnesota corporation formed in 1992. The Company was previously existed under the name 'Seven Ventures, Inc.' On June 7, 2004, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seven Ventures, Inc. merged with and into Chex. On June 29, 2004, the Company changed its name to FastFunds Financial Corporation. As a holding company, from time to time the Company evaluates opportunities for strategic investments or acquisitions that would complement its current services and products enhance its technical capabilities or otherwise offer growth opportunities. The Company is an equity investee of Hydrogen Power, Inc. (HPI), a public company, formerly known as Equitex, Inc. The Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries include the following: Chex, a Minnesota corporation; Collection Solutions, Inc.; FastFunds International, Inc. (FFI), a Delaware corporation based in London; FFC FastFunds (Cyprus) Limited; FastFunds International Limited; Key Financial Services, Inc.; Denaris Corporation.
