Founders Bancorp operates as the holding company for Founders Community Bank. Founders Community Bank's initial public stock offering was completed in April of 2005. In July, the Bank became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Founders Bancorp. Founders Community Bank is proud to be a community bank headquartered in San Luis Obispo.
