Ensign Energy Services Inc (ESVIF)

Ensign Energy Services Inc was incorporated on March 31, 1987 pursuant to the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) as 363975 Alberta Inc., and on May 19, 2005, it changed its name to the present name of Ensign Energy Services Inc. The Company provides oilfield services to the crude oil and natural gas industry in Canada, the United States and internationally. Oilfield services provided by the Company include drilling and well servicing, oil sands coring, directional services, underbalanced drilling, equipment rentals, transportation, wireline services and production testing / fracturing fluid (frac flowback)services. Its Canadian operations span the four western Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba; the Yukon; and the Northwest Territories. In the United States, it operates predominantly in the Rocky Mountain region, the southern region and the states of California, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania. Internationally, it operates in Australia, Argentina, Gabon, Libya, New Zealand, Oman and Venezuela. The Company's operations are subject to numerous laws, regulations and guidelines governing the management, transportation and disposal of hazardous substances and other waste materials and otherwise relating to the protection of the environment and health and safety.
