Empire Resources, Inc. is a distributor of a wide range of semi-finished aluminum products to customers in the transportation, automotive, housing, appliance and packaging industries in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Aluminum products are produced by processing primary and/or recycled aluminum into `semi-finished` form in which it is not yet a product usable by a consumer, but is capable of being manufactured into a final end product. Processes utilized in manufacturing semi-finished aluminum products are rolling, which typically produces products such as coil, sheet, plate, and foil and extruding which yields rod, bar and a myriad of extruded shapes. Empire Resources sells its products through its own marketing and sales personnel, as well as through independent sales agents. The company is headquartered in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
