The Company is is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the United States and Canada. The Company's operating segments are: The Upstream-USA segment activities include acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas reserves on properties within the United States; The Midstream-USA segment partners with two other companies to operate a natural gas gathering system; and The Canada segment activities include acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas reserves on properties within Canada.
