Daleco Resources Corporation is engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas properties, the harvesting of timber concessions and the holder of mineral interests. Daleco itself conducts no operations and is essentially a holding company for its oil and gas operating subsidiaries. Daleco does not refine any crude oil or market, atretail, any oil or petroleum products. The Company does not own any drilling rigs, and, generally, all of its drilling activities are performed by independent drilling contractors on a contract basis.
