Defense Solutions Holding Inc is incorporated in the State of Nevada on February 8, 2007. It is a project management, executive consulting, and business development firm headquartered in Exton with branch offices on four continents. The Company refurbishes and upgrades armored vehicles and the provisioning of spare parts and equipment for military and police forces. From its European headquarters outside Budapest, Hungary, the Company works with all the military vehicle remanufacturing facilities. Its vehicle programs are end-to-end solutions that include new or fully mission capable and safety certified refurbished or remanufactured armored vehicles with modern digital communications, spare parts, delivery to the end user, on-site maintenance, maintenance training, operator training, and tactical training. In addition, the Company conducts program management, business development, and strategic studies and analyses in the Defense, Homeland Security, Information Technology, and Telecommunications markets, primarily from its headquarters near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Company competes mainly with a number of companies, including U.S.-based Textron, Inc. and General Dynamics, Inc., the Austrian company Steyr-Daimler-Puch Spezialfahrzeug GmbH, the French company GIAT industries, the German company MOWAG/Rheinmetall AG and the Italian company IVECCO-Oto Melara.
