Currency Exchange International Corp., was originally incorporated under the name Currency Exchange International, Inc., under the Florida Corporations Act on April 7, 1998. The Company changed its name to Currency Exchange International, Corp. on October 19, 2007 and commenced its current business operations at that time. The Company operates as a money service business and provides currency exchange, wire transfer, and cheque cashing services at its locations in Canada and the United States. It has four vaults as well as 23 branch locations. The majority of its operations are currently in the United States.
