Compania Minera Autlan (CMHFF)

Compania Minera Autlan SAB de CV was incorporated on October 5, 1953. It is an integrated mining company that explores, extracts, produces and sells manganese minerals and produces and markets ferroalloys. It operates with three manganese mining units: Nonoalco, Molango and Naopa, located in the Mexican state of Hidalgo. The Company also has three ferroalloy plants with an annual installed capacity of approximately 221,000 tons. The Tamós, Teziutlán and Gómez Palacio Plants are located in the states of Veracruz, Puebla and Durango. It produces manganese nodules and carbonates, high carbon ferro-manganese, battery-grade manganese dioxide, ceramic-grade manganese dioxide and manganese oxide. Its customers in Mexico are steel manufacturers and producers of manganese derivatives. Its export markets are the United States, Colombia, Guatemala, Chile, Peru, Canada, Indonesia and Brazil, as well as some European countries.
